Game Feeds

Breeding, rearing and release provide many health challenges, so excellent nutrition is essential if game birds are to thrive. We do not cut any corners in making our comprehensive range of game feeds, full details of which are below. Pheasant, partridge or duck, we have the whole year covered.

Game feeds require technical excellence

Our mill uses quality protein sources: fishmeal (not fish oil) and hipro soya from leading suppliers. An on-site laboratory ensures that the local wheat we buy is the very best. We can manufacture every size and type of ration ourselves, from superfine crumb to release pellets to holding mixes. Excellent physical form is essential and we will be quick to respond if this is not the case. The stock range below can be adjusted to include medication or spice as required. Our holding mixes include products suitable for inclusion in ELS or HLS. We also supply various sizes of maize and grits.

Working with you at every stage

Service is key to a successful operation as well. Our sales advisor and the nutritionist will give you honest personalized advice, ensuring a sensible balance of bird health and feed cost. We have a thorough understanding of all the important aspects: nutrition, medication, compliance and feed safety. We follow closely the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, attending events and heeding their advice. Likewise with the Game Farmers’ Association and various gamekeeping organizations.

Marriage’s articulated and rigid vehicles deliver bagged and bulk feed throughout East Anglia, the Home Counties and the South of England. From a rigid vehicle, we can deploy a truck-mounted, all-terrain forklift with a telescopic boom. Bulk feed can be blown or tipped and might provide a money-saving option for farms with bulk bins. Outside of our usual delivery area, we use a specialist animal feed haulier.
